Hi Marijke, Thank you for your review. We apologize for not matching your expectations in time. Having a lukewarm coffee served to your table is not nice so please contact us at snieuwenhuis@copperbranch.nl if you want a fitting compensation for your trouble. We are training our staff as well to always ask if everything is Okay with your order. Please tell them if this is not so, it might have been this was forgotten on a busy moment. Also, we do have Dutch speaking staff as well, they were probably not working on the day of your visit as we have an multilingual and international team of hard workers at all of our restaurants in The Netherlands.
