Basil Pesto

    Wash the basil and dry it.
    Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you reach your desired texture.
    If you don't have a blender you can put the ingredients in a bowl and use a hand blender instead. You can use your pesto as a condiment for pasta, salads and bruschetta.


    40 gram fresh basil
    35 gram nutritional yeast
    8 gram pine nuts
    1 pinch salt
    50 ml extra virgin olive oil
    1/2 clove garlic, fresh

      This was pretty good but I didin`t see the use of adding the yeast. The recipe was great without it.
