    Cut the sweet potatoes and fry them.
    Cut the broccoli, zucchini, and carrots.
    In another pot, put the coconut cream and spices. Add the carrots first, then the zucchini and broccoli.
    Add the sweet potatoes and let it simmer.
    At the end, turn off the fire and add chopped spinach.
    Serve and enjoy!


    1 carrot
    1 zucchini
    1 sweet potato
    Handful of broccoli florets
    Handful of spinach
    1 tin coconut cream
    Pinch of black pepper
    Pinch Himalayan salt
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    A few cardamom seeds
    1/2 tsp cumin
