Easy Vegan Black Bean Dip

    Chop up the garlic and sauté in a pan over low-medium heat in oil of choice until golden brown.
    Next pour the black beans into the pan (with the liquid) and add the sriracha and lime.
    Take a potato masher and mash the beans until they reach your desired consistency.
    Mix all of the ingredients together and stir until heated through. Once the dip has cooled it will harden so the mixture may be runny.
    Serve with pita chips, tortilla chips, rice, etc. and enjoy!


    1 16-oz can black beans
    4-6 cloves garlic
    2 tablespoon oil of choice
    1/3 lime, juiced
    1-2 teaspoon sriracha, to taste
