Green Ume Syrup

    Wash green ume, and dry with clean cloth.
    Use fork and stab the green ume a few times so the syrup comes out.
    Place green ume and sugar alternately in the bottle.
    Leave it for a week until the syrup will come out.
    Scoop out the ume out and keep the syrup in the refrigerator.
    Dilute about five times as much water.


    1 kg fresh young green ume plum
    1 kg sugar
