    Mix starch and sugar, sieve matcha powder, mix all ingredients with plant milk.
    Heat the mixture on high heat until bubbling, cook for another minute on low heat until ready.
    If you use pudding molds, rinse the inside with cold water before pouring pudding inside as to turn it out more easily.


    40g corn or potato starch
    500 ml plant milk
    4 tbsp sugar
    As much matcha powder as you like (recommended 1 tsp - 1 heaped tbsp)
