Delightful Vegan Boba & Cute Ambience - Edit
Went on a Friday evening and stayed until closing at 9pm. It’s very conveniently located a few blocks from the Jay St subway station off the F line.
Read moreI was happily surprised to learn Lazy Sundaes has a range of vegan options for their boba and tea selection. You order via kiosk at the front. Small note: none of the beverages comes with boba so you need to add boba for an additional fee.
Quick and friendly service. Very cute interior and ambience. They also offered Korean snacks and cute accessories.
Ordered:
- Thai iced tea w/ boba (made vegan using vegan coconut condensed milk and pistachio milk): deliciously sweet! Delighted to know they offer vegan condensed milk as well as pistachio milk as a fun milk alternative!
- Hot Korean pancake (not vegan): my friend tried this dessert but was disappointed since it wasn’t as textured or tasty as a traditional one from Korea

The tapioca pearls don't have honey! So you can get vegan boba with oat milk.

This place clearly labels everything and whether or not it can be made dairy free. I ordered the matcha bingsoo and it was SO GOOD. I’ll definitely have to come back when I visit nyc again.
