The food is incredible and so is the service. Keep in mind that this is a vegetarian place and not vegan. The waiter also didn’t seem 100% sure about the difference between vegan and vegetarian. But his colleague was very aware!

Uncreative, ruined by sweet sauces - Edit
Most sushi rolls came with insanely sweet sauces all over them which ruined the experience for me. Sushi shouldn’t be a sweet affair. The only roll I enjoyed was ‘beet the dragon’ as it was the only one that wasn’t covered in sugar.

Love the cabbage sushi and matcha ice cream! Service was great too! It was full when I reached so I told them I would like to take away. While seated at the waiting area by the door, I told the server to just let me have my sushi there as it was raining. She agreed & was really nice to bring out a small table, set it with sauce, plate, chopsticks, serviette and hot miso soup in front of me so I can have my sushi and ice cream. 👏🏻😃

This is a charming little place. They serve a variety of different sushi, as well as salads, soup, and even ice cream. The sushi was amazing. They add a 10% service fee and 7% VAT to the prices.

After a youtube video by nonstopdan about Bangkok I was interested in visiting Waki Waki. Well lets say it was for sure worth it!! Its a flavour explosion with beautiful sushi. They can make everything vegan, just ask. Note that there is small seating, but when I came in the middle of the day there was still space.

The sushi is very different than other vegan sushi’s I’ve tried and it was very tasty. There were some sushi’s that put ingredients that are not common but this was cool to try something new.

However, The menu looked like it was printed 100 years ago. I don’t know why they don’t print a new version. Also there were stickers near the table that is in front of the bar. I don’t really care about these two things. I just feel that some maybe would rate the place low because of these things and it’s something very basic and easy to fix!
The place is very small so be sure to book before you arrive!

I love sushi but really struggle to get options beyond cucumber or radish mini rolls now that I’m veggie. The restaurant is very tiny so when we arrived there were no available tables but we were told we could leave a phone number and they would call when a table was free (we didn’t have a Thai number unfortunately so we just came back 30 mins later and our table was ready). Our waitress was sweet and spoke good English. A must visit in Bangkok!
